Soudn For Media RNC's Got Talent
A product that I have chosen to produce the
sound for this unit was a live talent show at RNC called RNC’s Got Talent which
was recorded and broadcasted on Wednesday 25th June 2014 at the
Chapel Studios. The Show was recorded using a TriCastor Pro which allowed us to
create a live edit of the visual feeds that were coming from the three cameras
that were being used throughout the show.
RNC’s
Got Talent was an annual talent show based at RNC for it’s Students where they
are given the chance to display their talents in front of four judges for a

There
was a deadline that we had to work to in preparation for the show and for sound
checks to be carried out as designated times for the performers. Producing was
carried out in various locations throughout the production stage, places such
as; various studios within the Chapel Arts Centre as they specialize in
different types of recording and producing and all contain various types of
equipment that were used throughout such as mixing desks, midi keyboards,
multitrack recorders and various types of software like Apple’s Garageband and
Sony’s SoundForge.
